Trade supply only. No portal, no login, no annual buy-in. Everything on this page applies to every account, and we will tell you before we change any of it.
Bamboo Panda sells to the trade only. We do not run a consumer webstore and we will not compete with the stores that stock us. If a member of the public contacts us, we refer them to their nearest stockist.
To open an account you will need a New Zealand NZBN or an Australian ABN, a trading address, and either a website or photographs of your premises. Home-based online sellers are welcome provided the business is registered.
Two minimums apply: a dollar value on your opening order, and a unit count per style.

Sample orders are charged at wholesale. Place a qualifying opening order within sixty days and we credit the sample cost against it.
Four ways to pay. Bank transfer and Wise are free; card payment carries a 2.9% surcharge because we pass the processing fee on at cost rather than building it into our pricing.
Direct credit in NZD for New Zealand accounts, or to our AUD account for Australian accounts. Our bank details are printed on every proforma and invoice. Use your invoice number as the reference.
Preferred for Australian accounts. You see the exchange rate and the fee before you send, and it lands faster and cheaper than an international wire. We will send our Wise details with your proforma.
Every invoice we send carries a secure Stripe payment link, so you can settle it by card without ringing us or setting up a transfer. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted page and are never seen or stored by us.
Fee appliesThe card processing fee is passed on at cost. Bank transfer and Wise carry no surcharge.
Available on approved credit once you have a trading history with us. The first two orders are prepaid. After that, apply with a completed credit application and two trade references.
