Everything is picked and dispatched from our Mount Eden warehouse in Auckland. Stock orders leave within one working day of funds clearing.

Rates are current as at the 2026 season and are reviewed annually. Oversized indent shipments are quoted separately.
How long it takes
Working days from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Dispatch is within one working day of payment clearing.

Shipping into Australia
Delivered At Place
Bamboo Panda ships DAP to Australia. Australian GST and any applicable duty are payable by the importer on arrival. We are not able to prepay them on your behalf.
Preferential rate under CER
Most apparel exported from New Zealand enters Australia at a preferential rate under the Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement. We supply a certificate of origin with every shipment, with a commercial invoice and packing list, so your broker has what they need.
Using your own forwarder
Tell us and we will hold the consignment for collection at no charge. Give us the booking reference and we will have it palletised and labelled.
Collection from Auckland
Book a pickup window first
You are welcome to collect from Mount Eden by prior arrangement. Ring or email before you come so your order is picked and waiting rather than still on the racks.
Not a showroom
This is an office and distribution address. We cannot accept walk-in visits or sell to the public from the premises, and there is no retail counter.
Shortages, faults and returns
Check your delivery within five working days
Count your cartons against the packing slip as soon as they land. If anything is short, damaged in transit or incorrectly picked, email us within five working days with photographs of the carton, the courier label and the goods. Short, damaged or incorrectly picked items are replaced or credited.
Faulty goods
Manufacturing faults are covered for twelve months from the invoice date. Send photographs and the style code and we will credit the item. You do not need to freight faulty goods back to us unless we ask for them.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns because a line did not sell. This is why we would rather you sampled first, and why our sample terms are as open as they are. Where we do agree to take stock back by prior arrangement, it must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and within sixty days, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
Indent and private label
Indent and private label production is made to your order and cannot be returned or cancelled once the fabric has been cut, except for a manufacturing fault.
Your obligations to consumers
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, or your own obligations to your customers under Australian Consumer Law. Full terms are set out in ourterms and conditions of trade.
